(WWSB) &#8211; Drivers should plan for delays around Elmira Boulevard and Idlewild Street later this week.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Elmira Boulevard between Idlewild Street and Beacon Drive, and Idlewild Street between Elmira Boulevard and Troy Avenue, will be closed 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Oct. 8 and 5-7 a.m. Oct. 9 for stormwater maintenance, Charlotte County officials said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">A marked detour will be in place.
