The South Tower is 80 percent sold, while the North Tower has reached 25 percent sold since its Signature Gallery opened in May. The developer attributes much of the sales activity to domestic buyers.<\/p>\n
Earlier this year, two crown penthouses went under contract to separate buyers for $49.9 million each. Swire says the agreements established mainland Miami condominium records for total price and price per square foot, at approximately $6,300 per square foot.<\/p>\n
Pricing for remaining residences begins at $7 million in the South Tower and $4 million in the North Tower. Fortune Development Sales is exclusively managing sales.
