* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.<\/p>\n

* WHERE…Northeastern Palm Beach County in southeastern Florida…<\/p>\n

* WHEN…Until 415 PM EDT.<\/p>\n

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.<\/p>\n

Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is<\/p>\n

imminent.<\/p>\n

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…<\/p>\n

– At 317 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated<\/p>\n

heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or<\/p>\n

expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and 3<\/p>\n

inches of rain have fallen.<\/p>\n

– Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the<\/p>\n

area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.<\/p>\n

– Some locations that will experience flooding include…<\/p>\n

Palm Beach Gardens and North County Airport.<\/p>\n

* WHERE…Southeastern St. Lucie County in east central Florida…<\/p>\n

* WHEN…Until 515 PM EDT.<\/p>\n

* IMPACTS…Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.<\/p>\n

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS…<\/p>\n

– At 339 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to<\/p>\n

thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin<\/p>\n

shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain<\/p>\n

have fallen.<\/p>\n

– Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over<\/p>\n
