ORLANDO, Fla. \u2013 Central Florida is in for several more days of wet weather as a stalled front keeps deep moisture locked in place. <\/p>\n

Multiple rounds of showers and storms are expected through Thursday, with localized flooding being the biggest threat. <\/p>\n

Tuesday<\/p>\n

Rain chances will climb to 80\u201390% today, with additional showers possible tonight. With moisture levels near record highs for this time of year, some areas could pick up several inches of rain through tonight.<\/p>\n

Central Florida is under a Marginal Risk for excessive rainfall, with minor flooding possible on roads and in low-lying areas.<\/p>\n

Highs will only reach the lower to mid 80s north of Orlando, with muggy conditions continuing.<\/p>\n

This week<\/p>\n

The stalled front will remain near Central Florida Wednesday and Thursday, keeping rain chances very high at 70\u201380% each day.<\/p>\n

Another 1\u20132 inches of rain is expected area-wide through Thursday, with some locations potentially picking up 4 inches or more.<\/p>\n

It will also turn breezy along the Volusia and Space Coasts Wednesday, with winds of 15\u201320 mph and gusts up to 25\u201330 mph.<\/p>\n

Weekend<\/p>\n

Rain chances remain elevated Friday and through the weekend, generally 60\u201380%, as deep tropical moisture stays in place.<\/p>\n

While most models currently take Invest 92L toward the northern Gulf Coast, somewhere between New Orleans and Pensacola, the system could still influence our weather pattern into the weekend.<\/p>\n
