(CBS12) \u2014 Florida Governor Ron DeSantis declared a state of emergency for 25 counties in preparation for <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/news\/local\/tropical-storm-isaias-forms-in-the-southwestern-gulf-hurricane-season-atlantic-ocean-bay-of-campeche-yucatan-peninsula-gulf-coast-alabama-louisiana-mississippi-first-hurricane-mexico-gusty-winds-heavy-rainfall-potential-tornadoes\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tropical Depression Nine<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, <a href=\"https:\/\/cbs12.com\/weather\/hurricane-center\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Tropical Depression Nine <\/a>officially formed in the Gulf of America.
