Albizu University \u2014 a private, nonprofit institution of higher education known worldwide for its multicultural post-graduate higher education in psychology and other human services fields \u2014 has announced the launch of four groundbreaking undergraduate programs with classes beginning in January 2026.<\/p>\n

The new programs combine Albizu\u2019s six-decade legacy in psychology and human behavior with forward-thinking innovation. Fully designed to meet the current evolving needs of South Florida\u2019s workforce, the programs can be completed in four years or less. Students are required to complete 120 credits to graduate.<\/p>\n

The university offers support services and other resources to its students, such as individualized point of contact from point of application to graduation (Student Success Coaches per program of study), tutoring, opportunities to participate in intercollegiate athletics (men\u2019s and women\u2019s soccer, women\u2019s volleyball, softball, men\u2019s and women\u2019s cross country and track and field), robust career services connecting graduates with workforce opportunities, and student support services.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese are not just new degrees, they are strategic pathways that blend science, technology, and cultural intelligence to prepare students for emerging careers,\u201d said Dr. Yianni Vassiliou, chancellor of Albizu\u2019s Miami Campus. \u201cOur programs are human-centered, science-based, and forward-looking \u2014 an evolution of Albizu\u2019s legacy and a reflection of where the workforce is heading.\u201d<\/p>\n
