Designed by Arquitectonica, with interiors by Piero Lissoni of Lissoni New York and landscape design by Enzo Enea, the development contains 319 residences, including 10 penthouses. The project marks B&amp;B Italia\u2019s first residential development. More than 90 percent of the homes are under contract, with closings underway and the first residents moved in.<\/p>\n<p>Construction began in November 2023, with Coastal Construction serving as general contractor and Cain International providing construction financing. Credit: Robin Hill.<\/p>\n<p>Lissoni curated the building\u2019s interiors, including the lobby and shared spaces, with B&amp;B Italia furnishings incorporated throughout the common areas and amenities. Residential finishes include ITALKRAFT cabinetry, Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, and countertops and fixtures selected by Lissoni. Above, the Penthouse Collection contains 10 residences across seven floor plans, with 12-foot ceilings, B&amp;B Italia furnishings, imported Italian finishes, and custom kitchens and closets crafted by the brand\u2019s in-house team.
