ORLANDO, Fla. \u2013 Last week, more than a dozen Central Florida eateries were forced to shut down (at least temporarily) after a visit from a health inspector, according to state records.<\/p>\n

These records show the reported eateries experienced violations like rodent droppings, roaches, and storage issues.<\/p>\n

Many of the Central Florida eateries forced to close down last week were allowed to reopen after meeting health standards.<\/p>\n

However, five eateries \u2014 all located along Southwest College Road in Ocala \u2014 were told to close on Oct. 1 due to \u201cunlicensed activity,\u201d records state.<\/p>\n
