The $11 million venture is slated to feature a dessert shop, clothing personalization station, and all-in-one design studio. There will also be a partially enclosed rooftop terrace.<\/p>\n<p>The Orlando location offers a distinct experience from mall-based locations in that guests must book appointments with consultants. These associates will help with enhanced features of the customization process, such as choosing the toy\u2019s eye color, coat texture, and paw design.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42416\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Screenshot-2026-10-07-at-1.34.17-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"655\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture will host a design studio. Image by Build-A-Bear<\/p>\n<p>Build-A-Bear announced plans for the Orlando location in March 2025 and started construction a few months later in July. Completion is anticipated for November 2026, although an official grand opening date has not yet been announced.<\/p>\n<p>The low-rise building is estimated to comprise 33,600 square feet. Build-A-Bear previously considered other cities for the project, such as Chicago and Las Vegas, before deciding with Orlando.<\/p>\n<p>Orlando\u2019s ICON Park\u2019s Build-A-Bear Workshop is located at <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/qLqxEoJHgxxCU1tX9\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">8431 International Drive, Orlando, FL, 32819<\/a>, in Orange County.
