Parking got a little hairy last month after a developer took its grass lot back, but a veritable block party could break out in the Encore! District this weekend.<\/p>\n

For the last two years, Late Start Brewing<\/a> and Mighty Fine<\/a> have carved out a corner where burgers, the lowkey-goated<\/a> Southern-meets-Korean fried chicken sandwich, and crispy beers reign supreme.<\/p>\n

As they each celebrate their second anniversary on Saturday, Late Start and Mighty Fine are pulling out all the stops.<\/p>\n

The brewery, helmed in part by Jordan Copher, promises a slew of limited releases (Hillsborough red ale, dreamberry seltzer, a pumpkin double bullseye, and \u201ckatch up\u201d are just part of that lineup).\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fliers also promise baby bologna sandwiches, banana ice box concoctions along with taters, buffalo pickles, smoked wings, rodeo burgers and another burg\u2019 that incorporates a Supernatural doughnut all from the mind of chef Nathan Hardin.<\/p>\n

Mighty Fine and Late Start Brewing\u2014located at 1018 E Cass St. in downtown Tampa\u2014open at 8 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 10 and stay open until 11 p.m.<\/p>\n

Just find street parking, or pay your pittance at the Accardi brothers-owned lot across the street.<\/p>\n
