The test works by taking a sample from the patient, and waiting to see what color the results are. <\/p>\n<p>The Hillsborough School Board unanimously opposes to County Referendum 1<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Referendum 1 would make the school superintendent an elected position. School board vice chair, Nadia Combs raised concerns about partisanship \u2013 and incompetence.
