Water on the roads reached about 12 inches, but they have since reopened.<\/p>\n<p class=\"sc-dLMFU sc-fHjqPf jbiTJv kYFPaL article-text\">Crews cleaned drains before this week\u2019s rain and have continued clearing inlets, culverts and drainage swales.
