FORT PIERCE \u2013 Two people were arrested on Oct. 3 in connection with a shooting that occurred at a home in the 600 block of South 6th Street, Fort Pierce, according to police reports.<\/p>\n
Officers responded at about 7:12 a.m., to that address after the victim called 911 to report that someone pulled a gun and started shooting at her, according to police reports.<\/p>\n
The woman told police that she went there to speak with her boyfriend about their relationship.<\/p>\n
When she arrived, several people came out of the home and attacked her, she told police.<\/p>\n
The woman was able to escape and got into her car to drive away, according to police reports.<\/p>\n
As she did, a man, later identified as Keibin N. Lopez-Godoy, 18, got a rifle and fired towards her car, according to police reports.<\/p>\n
A second person, later identified as Kailee Rain Yurubi, 18, drove the suspect away from the scene, according to police reports.<\/p>\n
Officers arrested Lopez-Godoy and charged him with attempted first-degree homicide. He is in the St. Lucie County Jail as of Oct. 7 on a $250,000 bond, according to the jail web site.<\/p>\n
Yurubi is charged with accessory after the fact and is being held in the St. Lucie County Jail on a $10,000 bond as of Oct. 7, according to the jail website.<\/p>\n
