{"id":423243,"date":"2026-10-09T12:38:12","date_gmt":"2026-10-09T12:38:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/423243\/"},"modified":"2026-10-09T12:38:12","modified_gmt":"2026-10-09T12:38:12","slug":"city-of-cape-coral-offices-will-be-closed-on-columbus-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/423243\/","title":{"rendered":"City of Cape Coral offices will be closed on Columbus Day"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>City Hall will be closed Monday, Oct, 12, in observance of Columbus Day. <\/p>\n<p>City offices will reopen Tuesday, Oct. 13, for regular operating hours.<\/p>\n<p>Trash collection services will not be affected.<\/p>\n<p>Parks &amp; Recreation:<\/p>\n<p>Boat ramps, parks, athletic fields, and preserves will be open Monday, Oct. 12.<\/p>\n<p>The Skate Park and Coral Oaks Golf Course will remain open for the holiday.<\/p>\n<p>The Youth Center will be open for afterschool programs, while Daycare and VPK will be closed.<\/p>\n<p>Parks administrative offices and all recreation facilities not listed above will be closed.<\/p>\n<p>311 Call Center &amp; Water Account Services:<\/p>\n<p>The 311 Call Center and Water Account Services will be closed Monday, Oct, 12, and will reopen Tuesday, Oct. 13.<\/p>\n<p>To pay your water bill, visit the city\u2019s website at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.capecoral.gov\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">capecoral.gov<\/a>, go to \u201cPay Water Bill\u201d and then \u201cPay Utility Bill.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Checks can be placed in the designated payment drop box at City Hall.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"City Hall will be closed Monday, Oct, 12, in observance of Columbus Day.
