One person was hurt in a shooting in a Pompano Beach neighborhood, according to the Broward Sheriff’s Office. <\/p>\n
It happened Thursday after 8 p.m. near the 200 block of Northwest 31st Avenue, authorities said. <\/p>\n
At the scene, deputies found one person with “a superficial wound.” They were taken to the hospital with injuries that are not life-threatening. <\/p>\n
NBC6 cameras captured bullet holes in windows and buildings. <\/p>\n
A man said he was home with his wife when he heard gunshots and saw people running. <\/p>\n
“Our neighbor right here, they got shot in the window. They got two little girls. I mean, they normally play in that specific window,” he said. “I mean, can you imagine… a bullet going through your glass? I mean, it’s kind of like, ridiculous right now.”<\/p>\n
