Television host\/entrepreneur Hazely Lopez emceed Empowerment on the Runway: &#8220;Bold Steps, Bright Futures,&#8221; where more than a dozen fundraisers modeled fall fashions from Dillard&#8217;s and Men&#8217;s Wearhouse on Aug. 30 at Higgins Hall.
