At the 4th annual Eat with the HEAT tasting, the HEAT Group pulled back the curtain on a full refresh of the arena’s food and drink lineup for the 2026–27 season: new lounges, a Michelin-starred chef, local favorites, and cocktails with names like “Courtside Passion.” Here’s your scouting report.

The New Rooms: Hard Rock Bet Lounge + The 1988 Club

The biggest news is behind the glass. The new Hard Rock Bet Lounge is a speakeasy-style hideout where only a pane of glass separates you from the players’ walking path to the court — reserved for HEAT Prestige members, with ticket access required.

Over on the east end, the former Courtside Club has been reborn as the 1988 Club, the building’s most exclusive offering: the courtside footprint grew from one row to three, the design leans South Florida with organic textures and softened lighting, and the menu is led by Chef Jeremy Ford of Michelin-starred Stubborn Seed, who will also helm a series of culinary residencies. Signature sips include the Courtside Passion — Patrón Reposado, passion fruit, lime, agave, and jalapeño — plus a non-alcoholic Lychee Lemonade.

The Concession Game Got Serious

The 601 Miami concession menu is the workhorse of game night: Philly Cheesesteak, Cubano Egg Rolls, and Tin Can Nachos — plus the Tip-Off Passion Mule (cocktail) and Full Court Press (mocktail). Show up hungry: on game and event days, concessions open 90 minutes before start time, with a pregame spread at the AT&T East Plaza across from Sections 112 and 113.

The Lineup Everyone Can Eat

The real fun is in the arena-wide standouts. Chef Karla Hoyos’ Tacotomia is slinging asada tacos (Sections 124 & 304). Chicken Ciao does a buttermilk chicken sandwich (Sections 108, 117, 309 & 325). Fit Cart Vegan Plus keeps it plant-based with a Greek salad (Section 117). And Mister Softee — serving ice cream and frozen treats since 1956 — is posted up at Section 116 for the kids and the kids at heart.

Don’t Sleep on the Sips

Cocktails are having a season of their own: the Ocho Piña Colada (Bacardí Reserva Ocho, fresh pineapple, REAL Coco) and the Cucumber & Thai Basil mocktail (cucumber juice, Thai basil cordial, lemon, elderflower tonic). Bites worth hunting down: Smoked Fish Dip, Mini Quesadillas, Crab Rangoons, and a Mongolian Beef Bowl.

The Premium Play

Premium members get the full treatment: the South Lounge (featuring Patrón Tequila) and North Lounge (featuring Grey Goose), with Chef’s Table hospitality, grab-and-go convenience, in-seat dining, VIP entrances, and even fly-away road game experiences. Elite Signature members also score an annual season tip-off dinner with the roster. Not a member? You can upgrade to premium experiences through the HEAT App.

The HEAT Group’s hospitality team — led by Director of Hospitality José Ferrufino — has clearly decided that what happens in your seat should be as good as what happens on the court. This season, arrive early, eat well, and drink something with a name like “Courtside Passion.” Basketball’s just the opening act.

Kaseya Center

A 20,000-seat waterfront arena in Downtown Miami that hosts Miami HEAT games, major concerts, family shows, and special events on Biscayne Bay.

Website →

[9
123,125,124
post-423955","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-miami","tag-miami","tag-miami-headlines","tag-miami-news
["GET
