FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) \u2014 As temperatures cool down and fall gets underway, one Fort Myers fitness studio is encouraging people to fall into a new routine.<\/p>\n
9Round Fitness at Gulf Coast Town Center is celebrating its first year in the community this fall. The gym offers a 30-minute, full-body workout built around a series of nine stations, combining strength training and cardio.<\/p>\n
Unlike a traditional gym, 9Round workouts are designed to keep people moving, with trainers guiding members through each station and helping them stay on track throughout the workout.<\/p>\n
The first year has given the studio a chance to build a fitness community in Southwest Florida, while welcoming people at different fitness levels.<\/p>\n
Now, as part of its \u201cFalling Into Fitness\u201d theme, the gym is encouraging people to make movement part of their fall routine.<\/p>\n

Right now, the gym is having a ‘goblings vs ghouls’ competition. Owner Lisa Santiago said the gym is always having fun competitions, ” We want to be a community for people. We try and keep our members engaged and we do that through competition.”<\/p>\n
The idea is simple: with the holidays approaching and schedules getting busier, finding a workout that fits into the day can be easier with a 30-minute format.<\/p>\n
