(WPEC)<\/p>\n<p>* WHAT&#8230;Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.<\/p>\n<p>* WHERE&#8230;Northern Martin County in east central Florida&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Eastern St. Lucie County in east central Florida&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>* WHEN&#8230;Until 630 PM EDT.<\/p>\n<p>* IMPACTS&#8230;Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.<\/p>\n<p>* ADDITIONAL DETAILS&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; At 328 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to<\/p>\n<p>thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin<\/p>\n<p>shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has<\/p>\n<p>fallen on already saturated ground.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected over<\/p>\n<p>the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Some locations that will experience flooding include&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Port Saint Lucie, Walton, Fort Pierce, Stuart, White City, Saint<\/p>\n<p>Lucie Nuclear Power Plant, Fort Pierce Inlet, Jensen Beach,<\/p>\n<p>Indrio, Sewall&#8217;s Point, Indian River Estates, Port Saint Lucie<\/p>\n<p>River Park, Fort Pierce South, Saint Lucie West, Fort Pierce<\/p>\n<p>North, Nettles Island, Saint Lucie Airport, Saint Lucie Village<\/p>\n<p>and Tradition.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"West Palm Beach, Fla.
