(WPEC)<\/p>\n<p>* Until 700 PM EDT.<\/p>\n<p>* At 523 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing<\/p>\n<p>heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 3 inches of rain<\/p>\n<p>have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are<\/p>\n<p>possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected<\/p>\n<p>to begin shortly.<\/p>\n<p>HAZARD&#8230;Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.<\/p>\n<p>SOURCE&#8230;Radar indicated.<\/p>\n<p>IMPACT&#8230;Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,<\/p>\n<p>highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor<\/p>\n<p>drainage and low-lying areas.<\/p>\n<p>* Some locations that will experience flash flooding include&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Stuart, Jupiter Island, Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Palm City,<\/p>\n<p>Sewall&#8217;s Point, Witham Field, Hobe Sound Beach and Hobe Sound<\/p>\n<p>Wildlife Refuge.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"West Palm Beach, Fla.
