West Group Developers LLC is seeking approval for 76 apartments in multiple two-story buildings. Floorplans would include one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, along with two-bedroom and two-bedroom\/two-bathroom townhomes. Communal amenities would include a 2,400-square-foot clubhouse and children\u2019s playground.<\/p>\n
There would also be 105 parking spots, averaging to about 1.38 spots per unit.<\/p>\n

As noted, West Group Developers LLC is the developer. The firm is an affiliate of Miami-based Modena Development, which purchased the project\u2019s 4.15-acre property for $950,000 in 2005. It has been working on the 76-unit venture for more than six years.<\/p>\n
