Live entertainment, dancing and favorite dishes helped mark the occasion. General Manager and co-founder Javier Cividini said, &#8220;thirty-five years is something to celebrate.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Joining the festivities was Michele Estevez, founder of Michele and Associates, the property management company she also launched in 1991.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt is hard to believe we started the company with one property 35 years ago,\u201d said Estevez, whose company now manages more than 30 properties.<\/p>\n<p>Felicidades, Michele and Javier!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Photos by Mariella Alejandra Oliva The Village isn\u2019t the only one celebrating 35 years.
