The 6-foot-7, 235-pound netminder stopped all 27 shots he faced in his Crunch debut on October 2 against the Laval Rocket. Sogaard is in his seventh AHL season and has posted a 58-52-11 record with four shutouts and two assists.<\/p>\n<p>A native of Aalborg, Denmark, Sogaard played in two NHL games for the Ottawa Senators in 2025-26, including a 7-1 win on January 25, 2026, against the Vegas Golden Knights.
