The inspector found 22 violations, three of which were high-priority violations.

READ MORE: Ancient meat, unsafe pastelitos, filthy equipment at a Miami supermarket

The most eye-catching of the high-priority violations was “approximately 20-plus rodent droppings in the dry storage area on the floor and on top of clean dishes.” There also were five pieces of rodent regularity on the floor near where single-service articles are stored.

Management probably knew there was a rodent problem, as the inspector counted over 10 doo doo dots inside the manager’s office.

A roach died inside an empty plastic bin.

A cutting board in the back food prep area had “cut marks and is no longer cleanable.”

The restaurant had no way of “measuring utensil surface temperature when using hot water as sanitizer in a dishwasher.”

There was a hole in the wall above the dishwasher.

READ MORE: Ants in honey. 115 flies.
