Sushi by Bo\u016b, the largest omakase brand in the U.S., today celebrates the grand opening of its newest location at Trump National Doral Miami, the renowned Miami golf resort. The new restaurant features a 20-seat omakase counter, Sushi by Bo\u016b’s largest to date, as the company builds on its success at hospitality destinations and sets its sights on additional luxury golf properties nationwide.<\/p>\n

The opening builds on Sushi by Bo\u016b’s established history at Trump National Doral, where the brand previously hosted on-property activations, including serving guests surrounding the Cadillac Championship. That existing connection with the resort’s guests, members, and event community made Doral a natural home for Sushi by Bo\u016b’s most ambitious counter yet.<\/p>\n

Sushi by Bo\u016b’s small-footprint model has consistently found success by transforming underutilized spaces within hotels, resorts, and other premier properties into high-performing dining destinations. Golf resorts, in particular, have proven to be a natural fit: guests who spend the day on the course are looking for an experience that matches the caliber of their surroundings once the sun goes down, and Sushi by Bo\u016b’s chef-guided, high-energy omakase format delivers exactly that.<\/p>\n

The Trump National Doral location builds directly on that momentum. Featuring Sushi by Bo\u016b’s largest counter to date, the restaurant can accommodate larger groups, golf outings, and resort events as an amenity for the property while preserving the brand’s intimate, chef-led experience.<\/p>\n

At the center of the space is an omakase counter crafted from Italian Calacatta Viola marble, whose burgundy and violet veining brings richness and movement to the interior. Overhead, a custom gold-leaf wallcovering, fabricated in France and adorned with hand-painted koi, complements the soft, dim lighting to create a warm, cinematic atmosphere. Together, the materials, lighting, and culinary performance capture the luxury and intrigue of a hidden speakeasy without feeling overly formal.<\/p>\n

Trump National Doral is one of the most recognized names in golf, with a competitive history that includes hosting the Cadillac Championship, a fixture on the PGA Tour for decades. Sushi by Bo\u016b previously brought its signature hospitality to the property through past event activations on-site, giving the brand an established relationship with Doral’s guests, members, and event crews well before opening a permanent counter.<\/p>\n

With this opening, Sushi by Bo\u016b expands to four locations across South Florida, with the Trump National Doral restaurant becoming the largest in the brand’s entire portfolio.
