The option was previously at the center of concerns from homeowners who questioned why roadway costs were included in their assessments.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Lisa4Mayor\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">In a Facebook post Wednesday<\/a>, Cape Coral mayoral candidate Lisa Cohen-Adkinson said the project had been postponed until after the Nov. 3 election.
