Beyond a project\u2019s initial impression, buyers want to understand how it will live day to day, the quality of its finishes and how a residence can accommodate their needs. He noted that some buyers are combining units, reflecting demand for homes tailored to the way they want to live.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Roberts spoke about his newly revealed Bugatti Residences, while Birdman discussed distinctive amenities, including helipads, and the role of architectural design in setting a project apart.
