A resident reported seeing their roommate, registered sex offender William Plumley (DOB 07\/22\/1997), viewing child sexual abuse material on his cellular phone.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Special Victims Unit assumed the investigation and executed a search warrant at the residence. The Florida Department of Corrections Probation and Parole assisted during the investigation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As a result, William Plumley and Enrico Mendes Jr. (DOB 12\/14\/1976) were arrested and charged with violating their probation by possessing unauthorized cellular devices capable of connecting to the internet.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the search, investigators seized multiple electronic devices, including a smashed cellular phone found concealed in a bathroom.
