When it rains, it drains. Permitting is streamlined, inspections run faster, and developers pay their fair share. The golf course and yacht club reach a resolution, Jaycee Park gets finished, empty buildings get completed, and parks and green space are done. City hall runs on professionalism and the people’s voice.

Ten years: Cape Coral is a city people choose to stay in. Most residents work here, the commute to Fort Myers is a thing of the past, and mom-and-pop businesses thrive. Big businesses generate revenue that lets homestead owners keep their homes. Infrastructure is solid, UEP done, drainage working, parks finished. Cape Coral is affordable, safe, and built for families.

ericksonformayor.com

Each week through the General Election, The Breeze will ask the candidates for Cape Coral City Council an…

[14
209,211,210
post-429015","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","category-cape-coral","tag-cape-coral","tag-cape-coral-headlines","tag-cape-coral-news
["GET
