This capped the three-day event with $100,000 in small-business funding.<\/p>\n<p>North Miami Vice Mayor Kassandra <a href=\"https:\/\/sflcn.com\/teach-to-fish-north-miami-business-summit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Timothe founded the summit<\/a> to connect entrepreneurs with education, capital and professional networks that can help them build sustainable businesses.<\/p>\n<p>The grants were awarded through the summit\u2019s second annual pitch competition.
