FORT MYERS, Fla. (WINK) \u2014 A North Fort Myers man faces up to life in prison after pleading guilty to multiple drug and firearm charges.<\/p>\n
Olivier Emanuel Fevrier-Sildor, 27, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon and three counts of distribution of cocaine. He faces a mandatory minimum term of five years, consecutive to any other sentence, as well as a $1 million fine.<\/p>\n
Court records show Fevrier-Sildor was arrested March 31 in North Fort Myers while possessing a distributable quantity of cocaine along with a firearm. He has a prior felony conviction for robbery by sudden snatching, which prohibits him from possessing a firearm under federal law.<\/p>\n
After his arrest and while incarcerated, Fevrier-Sildor recruited Ramiro Jimenez-Flores, 20, of North Fort Myers to use Fevrier-Sildor’s cell phones and continue distributing cocaine on his behalf. Law enforcement conducted three controlled buys of approximately 112 grams of cocaine from Jimenez-Flores on April 10, April 17 and April 29.<\/p>\n
During the April 29 controlled buy, law enforcement conducted surveillance on Jimenez-Flores as he met with his source of supply, Christopher Antonio Sierra Lopez, 26, of Lehigh Acres, and obtained approximately 56 grams of cocaine. He then sold the cocaine to an undercover agent.<\/p>\n
Jimenez-Flores pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine on July 28.<\/p>\n
Sierra Lopez pleaded guilty to distribution of cocaine on Aug. 18.<\/p>\n
