PETERSBURG, Fla. \u2014 A 43-year-old man was arrested after St. Pete police say he was walking naked near an elementary school.<\/p>\n<p>According to an arrest affidavit, Carlos Miller-Orraca was walking through a city park &#8220;completely naked&#8221; just before 7:40 a.m. Tuesday<\/p>\n<p>Police say he was walking in an area of the park that&#8217;s right next to Campbell Park Elementary School. Staff reportedly saw him over the school fence.<\/p>\n<p>Miller-Orraca told police he was part of a nude art exhibit, and that he thought he was at a nude resort.<\/p>\n<p>He is charged with one count of exposing his sexual organs in a public place in a vulgar or indecent manner.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The affidavit does not state whether any children saw him.<\/p>\n<p>Court records indicate this is his first public indecency offense; however, he has previously been arrested for consuming alcohol in a city park and trespassing in 2021 and 2022.
