{"id":430168,"date":"2026-10-17T03:50:28","date_gmt":"2026-10-17T03:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/430168\/"},"modified":"2026-10-17T03:50:28","modified_gmt":"2026-10-17T03:50:28","slug":"prime-pickings-at-the-pumpkin-patch","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/430168\/","title":{"rendered":"Prime pickings at the pumpkin patch"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The 28th annual <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hopemlumc.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Miami Lakes United Methodist Church <\/a>pumpkin patch is back.<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy this Miami Lakes tradition through October 31st to enjoy the fall season.<\/p>\n<p>General admission is $5 on Monday through Thursday, $7 on Friday through Sunday and $10 on Halloween, children 12 and under get free admission with a paying adult.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA free pass is available for guests who join us in October for a Sunday worship service at 10 a.m.,\u201d a release from the church said.<\/p>\n<p>The price of admission also includes a $2 off coupon toward a pumpkin or gourd that exceeds $2, there will be pumpkins of all sizes and shape.<\/p>\n<p>Attendees can enjoy pumpkin bread, weekend performances, empanadas, roasted corn, shaved ice, face painting, balloon creations and digital photography for sale.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe pumpkin patch is our major fundraising event of the year and our main source of funding for community outreaches and missions,\u201d the release said.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the pumpkin patch offerings the<a href=\"https:\/\/www.flanigans.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\"> Flanigan\u2019s<\/a> Dinner and Preschool Show is back on October 17.<\/p>\n<p>Admission for the event is $12 and includes dinner and a show with the preschool performance starting at 7 p.m. and dinner from the Flanigan\u2019s food truck from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>To purchase tickets for the dinner either visit the church office at 14800 Northwest 67th Ave or call 305-821-7274.<\/p>\n<p>Group tickets for the Pumpkin Patch are also available until supplies last.<\/p>\n<p>The pumpkin patch is open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. until Oct. 31.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"The 28th annual Miami Lakes United Methodist Church pumpkin patch is back.
