JACKSONVILLE, Fla. \u2013 Jaguars season is back and our News4JAX sports staff is back with its predictions as well. Each week, we\u2019ll unveil our predictions for the week\u2019s game.<\/p>\n

Season record: 4-1<\/p>\n
First question I always seem to ask myself: Does this game make me nervous? Yes. Second question: Do I believe in the Jaguars? Also yes. So, with that out of the way, I find it pretty hard at this point to pick against Jacksonville.<\/p>\n
The Texans have become one of the Jaguars\u2019 biggest rivals, and I fully expect this team to be prepared for a physical matchup in London. I also think the Jaguars got a little lucky in that win over the Eagles last week, and they know it. Sometimes you need a win like that to remind you there\u2019s still plenty of work to do. I expect this team to be locked in, refocused and ready to take care of business.<\/p>\n
C.J. Stroud hasn\u2019t thrown an interception yet this season, but I think the Jaguars defense will make it their mission to change that. They\u2019ve made a habit of taking the ball away, and I think they get their hands on at least one this week.<\/p>\n
And for my weekly score prediction wrinkle, I\u2019m going with Trevor Lawrence rushing for a touchdown. He hasn\u2019t done it yet this season, and I have a feeling this could be the week he finally finds the end zone with his legs.<\/p>\n
It won\u2019t be pretty, and it certainly won\u2019t be easy, but give me the Jaguars to get the job done across the pond. — Jaguars 20, Texans 17.<\/p>\n

This game scares me a bit. The Jaguars have looked very good this year, but the Texans have been Trevor Lawrence\u2019s kryptonite (he\u2019s 3-7 against them). With how well Jacksonville has played this season, this feels like the opportune time in the schedule for a surprising loss. Still, hitting the bye week at 4-2 is an excellent start. Brenton Strange finds the end zone for the Jaguars but I think it will be a lower-scoring game. — Texans 21, Jaguars 17.<\/p>\n

London, Round 2! Rivalry. Revenge. And a chance to put the Texans in a hole in the AFC South. The Jags are back across the pond for another big one, and this time, they\u2019ve got Houston in their sights. Expect a heavyweight fight that goes down to the wire, but Duval lands the final punch when it matters most! Give me a Jakobi Meyers anytime TD as the Jags escape with a– Jaguars 24, Texans 21.<\/p>\n
