{"id":431499,"date":"2026-10-18T21:14:08","date_gmt":"2026-10-18T21:14:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/431499\/"},"modified":"2026-10-18T21:14:08","modified_gmt":"2026-10-18T21:14:08","slug":"miami-woman-arrested-in-deadly-dania-beach-hit-and-run-sun-sentinel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/431499\/","title":{"rendered":"Miami woman arrested in deadly Dania Beach hit-and-run \u2013 Sun Sentinel"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Miami woman was tracked down and arrested in connection with a hit-and-run that left a pedestrian dead in Dania Beach early Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Broward deputies and Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue arrived near the <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/MFP6gLi6pKMpmSM67\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">200 block of Sheridan Street<\/a> just after 1:30 a.m. and found a man lying in the road. Fire Rescue personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.<\/p>\n<p>According to Broward investigators, the man was crossing the westbound lanes of Sheridan Street when he was struck by a 2024-2026 Hyundai Sonata.
