TAMPA, Fla. \u2014\u00a0Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike McCarthy<\/a> praised Steelers Nation after Sunday\u2019s 26-19 overtime win<\/a> over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. <\/p>\n

There was a sea of Terrible Towels at Raymond James Stadium. It was a complete takeover. That is common when the Steelers play in Sun Belt cities. <\/p>\n

\u201cIt was a tough win, and those are never easy. Most importantly, I thought the crowd was phenomenal. Seeing the Terrible Towels out there, especially during the key moments in the fourth quarter and overtime, was special. That\u2019s a special road win,\u201d McCarthy said. <\/p>\n

The Steelers\u2019 win over the Bucs was McCarthy\u2019s first road win with the club. <\/p>\n

Safety Jaquan Brisker<\/a>, who\u2019s a Pittsburgh native, also credited Steelers Nation<\/a> for taking over.<\/p>\n

Left tackle Tristan Wirfs doesn\u2019t blame Bucs fans for not showing up. <\/p>\n

\u201cCan you blame them?\u201d Wirfs said, via JoeBucsFan.com<\/a>. \u201cYou know, we\u2019re 1-4 and haven\u2019t really given them much to cheer about.<\/p>\n

\u201cSo, yeah, it sucks. It sucks when you\u2019re going damn near silent count at home. But you\u2019ve got to give [fans] something to cheer for.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Steelers rallied in the fourth quarter, scoring 16 points to take a 19-16 lead with 1:21 remaining in regulation. The Buccaneers answered, as Chase McLaughlin nailed a 53-yard field goal to send the game to overtime. <\/p>\n

On the Steelers\u2019 opening drive of overtime, Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers<\/a> capped a 12-play, 70-yard drive with a 6-yard touchdown pass to Germie Bernard<\/a>.<\/p>\n

On the Bucs\u2019 ensuing possession, Daniels got Tampa Bay to the Steelers\u2019 48-yard line, but All-Pro defensive back Jalen Ramsey<\/a> recorded a sack on fourth-and-8 to seal the win.<\/p>\n

\u2018You know, I don\u2019t really know, to be honest,\u201d Wirfs said about the Bucs blowing a 13-point lead in the fourth quarter. \u201cWe\u2019re up by 13 and, I don\u2019t know. I don\u2019t have anything. I\u2019m not going to say anything right now. I don\u2019t know what it is. It\u2019s insanely frustrating. You know, to be up 13 at home. We haven\u2019t won a f***ing home game yet. And to not be able to finish out the game is really frustrating.\u201d<\/p>\n
