{"id":434021,"date":"2026-10-21T21:54:17","date_gmt":"2026-10-21T21:54:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/434021\/"},"modified":"2026-10-21T21:54:17","modified_gmt":"2026-10-21T21:54:17","slug":"st-petersburgs-1-billion-echelon-city-center-hits-construction-milestone","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/434021\/","title":{"rendered":"St. Petersburg&#8217;s $1 Billion Echelon City Center Hits Construction Milestone"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Construction is complete on ClearView, a 363-unit apartment community at Echelon City Center in <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"43\" title=\"tbbw\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">St. Petersburg<\/a>, adding another residential component to the $1 billion <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/real-estate\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"45\" title=\"real estate\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">mixed-use development<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tampa-based Third Lake Partners announced Wednesday that it had finished the project, developed in partnership with <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/2026\/08\/13\/westshore-plaza-redevelopment\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">St. Petersburg-based Echelon<\/a>, after welcoming its first residents earlier this year. The community includes ground-floor retail space, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments and three-bedroom townhomes with private garages.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residents have walkable access to a Publix supermarket, <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/restaurants\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"46\" title=\"restaurants\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">restaurants<\/a>, coffee shops and entertainment venues already operating at Echelon City Center, about 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa. ClearView also features a <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/hospitality\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"42\" title=\"Hospitality\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">resort<\/a>-style pool, clubhouse, golf simulator, coworking spaces and indoor and outdoor fitness facilities.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1000\" height=\"563\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/fieldhouse-1-4-1000x563.jpeg\" alt=\"Exterior of ClearView, a 363-unit luxury apartment building at Echelon City Center in St. Petersburg, Florida.\" class=\"wp-image-94377\"  \/>ClearView, a 363-unit apartment community at St. Petersburg\u2019s $1 billion Echelon City Center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two developers are working together on two additional projects in downtown St. Petersburg, including the <a href=\"https:\/\/tbbwmag.com\/economic-development\/\" data-internallinksmanager029f6b8e52c=\"39\" title=\"Growth &amp; Developmen\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">redevelopment<\/a> of the former UPC office campus into a mixed-use community. Their other project, 3rd &amp; 3rd, is a high-rise apartment development with ground-floor retail space expected to open in the first quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">KAST Construction served as general contractor for ClearView, with ARC3 Architecture handling the building design and Interior Design Group overseeing the interiors.
