A man was arrested on allegations of child abuse.<\/p>\n

The Fort Pierce Police Department announced that Nelson M. Clark, 39, was arrested on Monday, Oct. 19, and is facing a charge of lewd or lascivious offense of a victim under the age of 18.<\/p>\n

According to a Fort Pierce Police Department statement, on Monday at 8:34 a.m., its officers responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Avenue F regarding a reported child abuse incident. <\/p>\n
