Layout plans would include one-bedroom and two-bedroom configurations. Communal amenities would include a clubroom, fitness center, and 41 parking spots.<\/p>\n<p>All homes at Redland Crossing Senior Living would be designated as affordable housing. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miamidade.gov\/global\/permit.page?Mduid_permit=per1577137594622414\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Miami-Dade County<\/a> currently defines affordable housing as housing reserved for households earning at or below 140 percent of the area median income (AMI). Miami-Dade County\u2019s median income was $87,200 as of 2025.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42617\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Screenshot-2026-10-22-at-9.11.44-PM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"604\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">The venture would measure seven stories. Image by Gallo Herbert Architecture<\/p>\n<p>Gallo Herbert Architecture is the architect. Centennial Management Corp., through its affiliate, LVS Naranja LLC, is leading the project. Redland Crossing Senior Living is currently in its pre-application phase, where developers seek community feedback before proceeding with the formal application process.<\/p>\n<p>This 71-unit development is just one of many evolving projects in Centennial Management Corp.\u2019s pipeline. Earlier this June, Florida YIMBY covered <a href=\"https:\/\/floridayimby.com\/2026\/06\/pre-application-filed-for-8-story-senior-housing-development-in-leisure-city-miami-dade-county.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Santa Cruz Isles<\/a>, an eight-story senior housing development in Leisure City.
