PETERSBURG, Fla. \u2014 We don&#8217;t want to get ahead of ourselves, but if the Tampa Bay Rays win the World Series, there is a lot of talk about where the celebration would be held.<\/p>\n<p>Because as we know, eventually the team plans to move across the bay to Tampa. But right now, they call St. Pete home.<\/p>\n<p>Spectrum News spoke to Tampa Mayor Jane Castor about it Friday.<\/p>\n<p>And it sounds like if the Rays are the champs, we&#8217;ll see a celebration spanning both cities.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;There may be one continuous parade that comes from St. Pete all the way to Tampa, so we will have a celebration that the Tampa Bay Rays deserve here in Tampa Bay, and we&#8217;re going to go for a boat parade,&#8221; Castor said.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Castor say she is working with St. Pete Mayor Ken Welch on these potential plans.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"ST.
