(WCTV) &#8211; A Leon High School Junior Varsity football player was injured in a shooting on Perry Street over the weekend, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/De-JGNuuvVx\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/De-JGNuuvVx\/\">according to the high school\u2019s football team<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Leon High School Lions head football coach Ricky Bell also confirmed it to WCTV.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tramon Jackson was among four students who<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/10\/26\/tallahassee-police-provide-update-weekend-mass-shooting-perry-street\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer nofollow noopener\" title=\"https:\/\/www.wctv.tv\/2026\/10\/26\/tallahassee-police-provide-update-weekend-mass-shooting-perry-street\/\"> Leon County Schools said<\/a> were from three different schools and were injured in Saturday night\u2019s shooting. <\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Tammy Saylor, Jackson\u2019s mother, said her son is stable but in a lot of pain.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">She went on to say that they are \u201csaddened by the whole situation.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"mb-2\">\u201cWe\u2019re praying for everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Head Coach Bell said he didn\u2019t know what to think when he heard one of his players had been injured in the shooting. He said he was praying the player would be okay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"text | article-text\">Bell said he visited Jackson in the hospital Monday.
