\"JamesCAPE CORAL, Fla. \u2014<\/p>\n

The City of Cape Coral announced on Tuesday that it is partnering with Costco Wholesale to bring the first location to the city.<\/p>\n

According to the news release, the future Costco is planned to be located at 600 Chiquita Boulevard South. Additional plans include a roughly 165,000-square-foot warehouse and a fueling facility.<\/p>\n

The city council will meet and consider an incentive package for the future location at its meeting on Nov. 2. The news release states the package would provide up to $10 million in assistance for the site’s development and impact fees.<\/p>\n

An opening date for the store has not been announced yet, and the city said it will depend on Costco’s construction timeline.<\/p>\n
