The four kids allegedly left by their photographer mom<\/a> during her Las Vegas trip were left unsupervised for about 16 hours per day \u2013 while their babysitter lived two hours away, Florida cops revealed Wednesday.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Irene Miller, 50, <\/a>is facing four counts of child endangerment \u2013 and a combined maximum sentence of 20 years behind bars \u2013 after Osceola County authorities say she left her children, 9, 11, 12 and 14 alone<\/a> at their Kissimmee condo while traveling to Sin City on a five-day work trip starting Oct. 18.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Outside of school hours, the children\u2019s only adult contact came from a babysitter hired by Miller who arrived at 8 a.m. to drop them off at school and left at 4 p.m. after they were home, Capt. Kim Montes from the Osceola Sheriff\u2019s Office told The Post.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The caretaker also was not nearby in case of an emergency, she lives two hours away near Tampa, according to authorities. <\/p>\n

Irene Miller is facing four counts of child endangerment after authorities say she left her 9-, 11-, 12- and 14-year-old children alone at their Florida home while traveling to Sin City for five days this month. Osceola County Sheriff<\/p>\n

Cops found that while the condo was well maintained and not messy, there was relatively little food in the fridge for the kids, Montes said.<\/p>\n

The alleged neglect was eventually uncovered<\/a> after the 11-year-old girl and 12-year-old boy called 911 in a panic over their youngest sibling getting struck in the head by a dumbbell that came crashing down while he was building a fort at around 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 21.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was building a fort with sheets and blankets and he used the dumbbell to secure a sheet on a piece of furniture, but when he pulled the sheet, it fell and hit him on his forehead,\u201d said Montes, adding that the laceration was later glued back together at the hospital.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The eldest sibling, who was outside riding his bike during the accident, only learned what had happened when first responders showed up at the house and began asking questions.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cWhen we got there, the 14-year-old shows back up because he sees all the fire trucks, and we ask where the mom is. They said she\u2019s out of town,\u201d Montes recalled.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Deputies soon reached Miller on her cell phone, however, she was \u201cvery dismissive to the deputy, saying that she\u2019s working right now.<\/p>\n

\u201cThen, [she] says she is going to have to go and hangs up on the deputy,\u201d Montes said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The captain was even more shocked at what happened next.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Miller \u201cproceeds to call the 14-year-old on his cell phone, and I don\u2019t want to use the word yell\u2026but basically tells the 14-year-old, \u2018Why are you calling 911? You\u2019re going to get me in trouble,\u2019\u201d she said.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\u201cShe\u2019s berating the son for calling 911\u2026while he was standing right there with the deputy. It was on speaker.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cSo she knew what she did was wrong,\u201d Montes said, then noted a concerning observation made by cops. <\/p>\n

\u201cThe house was clean, the kids were clean. The deputy did notice that there wasn\u2019t a lot of food there\u2026There just didn\u2019t seem to be a lot of food there for four children.\u201d<\/p>\n

Still, Miller didn\u2019t turn around and fly home<\/a> \u2013 even as her son was hospitalized, cops said. <\/p>\n

Later that night, all four of the kids were placed in the care of her husband, who was arrested in August for alleged spousal abuse.<\/p>\n

Mark Miller, 53, was hit with a criminal battery charge and restraining order after his wife of 15 years accused him of slapping her phone out of her hand during a heated confrontation outside of their kids\u2019 school, according to court documents reviewed by The Post.<\/p>\n

He has pleaded not guilty to the charge.<\/p>\n

Irene Miller, who was born in Russia, then filed a petition for a dissolution of marriage against Mark Miller, who was born in Ukraine, just last month, the docs show.<\/p>\n

Miller was met by cops at the Orlando Airport upon her return from Las Vegas on Friday of last week \u2013 a day and a half after the accident. Orlando Police<\/p>\n

\u201cThe kids were ecstatic to see [their father]\u2026like hugging him, happy to go with him, very ecstatic to see him,\u201d Montes said, adding that the court-ordered no contact order between the parents did not mean the kids could not stay with their dad.<\/p>\n

Mark Miller and the children have reportedly been staying at a motel since then.<\/p>\n

Irene Miller was met by cops at the Orlando Airport upon her return from Las Vegas on Friday of last week \u2013 a day and a half after the accident.<\/p>\n

She was arrested and booked into Orange County Jail<\/a>, but posted her $4,000 surety bond on Saturday.<\/p>\n
