Miami\u2019s Design District<\/a> is set to get a dose of Sicilian glamour next spring, as a blockbuster fashion exhibition will make its American debut at Miami\u2019s Institute of Contemporary Art<\/a>.<\/p>\n

After drawing crowds in Milan, Paris and Rome earlier this year,\u00a0“From the Heart to the Hands: Dolce&Gabbana<\/a>” is set to run from February 6 to June 14, 2026 on this side of the Atlantic. The exhibition is curated by Florence M\u00fcller, best known for the iconic “Christian Dior: Designer of Dreams<\/a>”\u00a0exhibition in London, one of the best-attended fashion productions of its kind\u00a0ever.<\/p>\n

The immersive show dives into the creative universe of Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, showcasing more than 300 pieces from both archival and recent collections, spanning the label\u2019s Alta Moda couture to its sometimes wacky, always one-of-a-kind accessories. Each room showcases various facets of Italian culture\u2014ranging from opera to architecture\u2014through the designers\u2019 lens.<\/p>\n

The Miami edition of the exhibition has been reimagined for the Institute of Contemporary Art,\u00a0featuring\u00a0a set design by Agence Galuchat and collaborations with contemporary artists like Quayola, a London-based Italian visual artist, and Obvious, the Paris-based collective that famously sold an AI-generated artwork<\/a> at Christie\u2019s for $432,500. The end result blurs the line between couture craftsmanship and digital art, creating something akin to a gallery within\u00a0a fantasy atelier, tracing how the fashion superstars have long\u00a0mined Italian heritage for inspiration,\u00a0from Sicilian mosaics to Renaissance silhouettes.<\/p>\n

Tickets go on sale on November 19, with a 24-hour pre-sale on November 18 for early registrants (sign up for that right here<\/a>); adult tickets start at $30.\u00a0<\/p>\n
