There\u2019s a lot of pink. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Panthers new Hometown Remix fit <a href=\"https:\/\/floridahockeynow.com\/pink-florida-panthers-jersey-hometown-remix-monday-v-detroit-red-wings\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/floridahockeynow.com\/pink-florida-panthers-jersey-hometown-remix-monday-v-detroit-red-wings\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">will not be released until Monday at 9:54 a.m<\/a>., but on Friday, players wore their new gear at their morning skate to help break it in. <\/p>\n<p class=\"pb-lineups-autolink\"><a href=\"https:\/\/floridahockeynow.com\/florida-panthers-lines\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Panthers lines tonight: projected lineup and starting goalie \u2192<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wear shades. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Goalies <a href=\"https:\/\/floridahockeynow.com\/tag\/jacob-markstrom\/\" class=\"pb-player-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Jacob Markstrom<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/floridahockeynow.com\/tag\/akira-schmid\/\" class=\"pb-player-link\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Akira Schmid<\/a> have new pads in the pink (it\u2019s actually called \u2018Sunrise\u2019 which is a team-custom shade of coral) color-way with accents in yellow and peach.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">They also have new masks for the occasion. They are fire.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Skaters will have new pants, gloves, and their usual dark blue helmets will have decals in the new color scheme.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although the pants remain the Panthers\u2019 traditional dark blue, they feature a yellow and peach stripe down the side with the ESPN-style FLA logo on the front.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The helmets include the new Panthers\/sunrise shield logo which will be on the sleeves of the jersey. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As previously reported, the primary logo on the pink \u2014 err, \u2018Sunrise\u2019 coral \u2014 jersey will be a modernized stick-and-palm logo with the gradient shades of the colors previously mentioned. <\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So, what will Paul Maurice wear come Monday?<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cLet\u2019s just keep that with the players,\u2019\u2019 Maurice said with a wry grin. \u201cNever wear anything that has more character than you do.
