Loop Daddy won\u2019t be bringing the chaos to Miami just yet.<\/p>\n

Marc Rebillet has officially rescheduled his long-awaited Miami<\/a> stop on the Places I\u2019ve Never Played & Will Never Play Again tour after suffering a serious leg injury. The show, originally set for November 12 at ZeyZey<\/a>, will now take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.<\/p>\n

On November 9, Rebillet took to Instagram<\/a> Stories from a hospital bed, revealing he \u201cbroke [his] leg pretty bad\u201d \u2014 later clarifying that he had \u201cbasically split [his] shin in half\u201d after a fall on his electric scooter\/unicycle. While surgery is in the works and recovery is expected to take a few months, Rebillet assured fans he\u2019s not canceling \u2014 just taking the time to heal and return at full force.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t want you to get a show that\u2019s me not giving you my absolute best,\u201d he wrote. \u201cWe\u2019ve rescheduled the shows for February. Not cancelling!!\u201d<\/p>\n

Fans have rallied around the artist on social media and Reddit, where a post from his team said, \u201cOur boy is going to get some much needed rest\u2026 Marc says love you all and thank you for the well wishes, we will teach everyone to play Quilts\u2122\ufe0f very soon.\u201d<\/p>\n

Supporters chimed in with love: \u201cWe are always rooting for Marc, whether it\u2019s smooth sailing or rough seas,\u201d one fan wrote. Another simply added, \u201cFeel better, legend!\u201d<\/p>\n

Rebillet, who rose to fame with his wild live-looping improv sets streamed from his apartment, has built a cult following with a genre-bending blend of funk, soul, hip-hop, and absurdist humor. Born in Dallas, based in NYC, and classically trained on piano since age four, he\u2019s made waves online and onstage with his unpredictable, fully live performances.<\/p>\n

Rebillet had just come off a performance in Phoenix, where he spoke to our sister publication Phoenix New Times<\/a> about the cheeky title of his tour. \u201cWe basically wanted to make light of the fact that we are doing a tour that doesn\u2019t involve playing New York, L.A., or Chicago,\u201d he laughed. \u201cWe thought it would be tongue-in-cheek to create this character who is going around turning his nose down at these places and saying he\u2019ll never play there again.\u201d<\/p>\n

Miami fans have waited nearly six years for his return. It\u2019s just a few more months now, and with Rebillet promising to give it his all, it\u2019ll be worth the wait.<\/p>\n
