You’re in the woods which is terrifying because you can’t see anything.”

At Terror on the Timber Farm, guests walk through haunted trails located on a 35-acre property where scare actors run rampant.

The trail walks typically last around 45 to 60 minutes with a break halfway through. The break offers food, drinks, carnival games, a shooting range and photo opportunities for guests before they return to the trails.

Blackout hours are offered for those seeking the highest scare-levels, where guests can roam the haunted trails in complete darkness with no way of seeing what lurks around them. Regular hours run from 7 to 9 p.m., while blackout hours run from 9 to 10 p.m.

Terror on the Timber Farm is located at Amelia Shotgun Sports in Yulee, Florida. The remaining dates are today, Oct. 30, Halloween night, and Nov. 1, which is an exclusive blackout night from 7 to 9 p.m. to close the season.

You can purchase tickets for Terror on the Timber Farm here.

Cannibals in the Catacombs: Cannibals in the Catacombs is an escape room scare experience that situates players on a fictional mission to find a missing archaeologist in the Paris Catacombs.

Throughout the game, players experience a wide range of scares, including isolation, small spaces, jump scares, strobe lights, pitch black darkness, and physical touching from scare actors.

While the standard version of the game is already a high-thrill level, a more extreme version that includes electrical shocks from stun guns carried by scare actors is available.

Cannibals in the Catacombs is a year-round experience located at Prototype Escape Games in the Southside of Jacksonville, Florida. The game is recommended for two to six players, and typically lasts for 70 minutes. A one-way trail leads guests, who are encouraged to attend in costume, through the event where they can view seasonal lights, decorations, pick up candy from trick or treat stations, and take photos with family and friends. Food, drinks, music, and entertainment are also provided.

Additional features of the Spooktacular are a 400-foot light tunnel, a Skeleton Disco, and an optional scare zone located off the main trail.
