The \u201cestate-scale residences\u201d will feature three and four bedrooms, measuring 3,300 to more than 6,270 square feet. In-unit features include but aren\u2019t limited to private-access elevators, 10-foot-high ceilings, and wraparound terraces with views of the surrounding waterways.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-42784\" src=\"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/Screenshot-2026-10-30-at-11.52.16-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\"  \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-caption-text\">Homes are priced from $3 million. There will also be a rooftop resort-style swimming pool outfitted with designated swim lanes, day cabanas, and grilling stations.<\/p>\n<p>Kolter Urban started construction on The Island at West Bay Club earlier this year. Completion is slated for mid-2027. GarciaStromberg is the architect. Manhattan Construction Company is the general contractor. Premier Sotheby\u2019s International Realty is managing sales.
