To build on this incredible momentum, Miami and South Florida\u2019s real estate associations have merged to bring our Realtors more data, more innovation, stronger advocacy and greater opportunities so they can launch more global business. MIAMI REALTORS\u00ae + RWorld completed two mergers in just over two months in 2026, strengthening the world\u2019s largest local Realtor association and the nation\u2019s third-largest Multiple Listing Service.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
MIAMI REALTORS\u00ae, the largest U.S. local Realtor association with 56,000 members at the time, and RWorld, the third largest with 37,000 members, merged in May. Then MIAMI REALTORS\u00ae + RWorld merged with Martin County REALTORS\u00ae (MCRTC) of the Treasure Coast in July. \u00a0<\/p>\n
The mergers unified the South Florida marketplace, created the most complete South Florida MLS dataset and expanded the association to approximately 94,000 members. Meet your new association and our five-county region of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. MIAMI REALTORS\u00ae + RWorld now serves a region of nearly\u202f seven million residents\u202f throughout\u202f14 South Florida offices.\u00a0<\/p>\n
