{"id":445490,"date":"2026-11-02T22:12:47","date_gmt":"2026-11-02T22:12:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/445490\/"},"modified":"2026-11-02T22:12:47","modified_gmt":"2026-11-02T22:12:47","slug":"nordstrom-rack-to-replace-sportsmans-warehouse-at-seminole-city-center","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.newsbeep.com\/us-fl\/445490\/","title":{"rendered":"Nordstrom Rack to replace Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse at Seminole City Center"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nordstromrack.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Nordstrom Rack<\/a> is coming to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seminolecitycenter.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Seminole City Center<\/a>, taking over the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsmans.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse<\/a> space as the outdoor retailer prepares to close in January.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The new 32,914-square-foot store is planned for 7967 113th Street North, according to construction bidding documents that identify EMJ Construction as the general contractor. <\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The project will bring the Seattle-based retailer\u2019s discounted clothing, shoes, accessories, and home goods to the shopping center.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse will close January 11th, 2027. The store is currently offering 25% off merchandise, excluding guns, ammunition, and optics.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">The departure comes a little more than four years after Sportsman\u2019s Warehouse opened its Seminole location in September 2022. The store sells hunting and fishing equipment, camping supplies, outdoor apparel, and other sporting goods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" style=\"white-space:pre-wrap;\">Plans call for renovating the single-story retail space with a sales floor, employee offices, and stock storage.
